Am I in Alignment?

Your First Step Toward Community and Sacred Service

Before you can stay at one of our sanctuaries, receive one-on-one guidance, or engage in deeper service with Divine Trinity Mystic Church, we ask that you complete two essential steps:

The Divine Trinity Alignment Assessment

to ensure you are spiritually, emotionally, and energetically aligned with our mission and values.

The Code of Conduct & Agreement of Service

to confirm your understanding of the expectations for anyone staying at or engaging with our sacred spaces.

Our sanctuaries are private, consecrated spaces, not open to the general public. All guests must be at least free members of the church and in agreement with the standards outlined here.

This page is public so you can read everything in full and choose with integrity whether you feel called to walk this path with us. These expectations also extend to group Zoom calls and virtual spaces, where the same level of mutual respect and spiritual maturity is expected.

Divine Trinity Mystic Church

Sanctuary Code of Conduct and Agreement of Service

I, ___________________, as a guest or member of Divine Trinity Mystic Church (DTMC), agree to uphold the following code of conduct while residing on sanctuary grounds, participating in DTMC events, receiving services, or engaging in community outreach or energy exchange experiences.

Any stay of one night or longer requires this agreement to be signed.

🔥 THIS IS AN EVEN ENERGY EXCHANGE 🔥

🔒 Substance Use Policy

  • I agree not to use or possess any controlled substances, including alcohol, recreational drugs, or any plant medicines unless expressly approved by a Church Leader for ceremonial or medicinal purposes.

  • We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for drug or alcohol use outside of sanctioned ceremonial practice.

🐾 Pets & Animals

  • No pets are allowed on the premises without prior approval from Michael, Jillian, and all current household members.

  • Approved pets require a current health certificate and must remain in designated guest quarters.

  • Pets must be kept within fenced areas or under close supervision at all times. Repeated disturbances (e.g., barking) will result in removal at the owner's expense.

  • Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage or disruption caused.

🌿 Property Boundaries & Noise Policy

  • Guests must not trespass onto neighboring properties under any circumstances.

  • Respect the sanctity of the space: No loud music, yelling, or disruptive behavior, especially after 10 PM. These are very quiet neighborhoods—please honor the peace.

🛑 Visitors & Safety

  • No guests are allowed on the property without approval from the house manager, Michael, and Jillian.

  • All house guests must have a signed Agreement and active DTMC membership. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate termination of this agreement.

❤️ Community Respect & Conduct

  • Treat all people and animals with dignity and care.

  • Clean up after yourself and your pets daily.

  • Sexual harassment, disrespect of spiritual beliefs, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. This is a sacred sanctuary, not a place for ego or disorder.

🛠️ Energy Exchange & Financial Contribution

Contribution Model

  • A $1200 deposit is required prior to arrival, representing the monthly expected contribution.

  • Guests may work off this deposit at a rate of $10 per hour.

  • Deposits will be reconciled bi-weekly based on logged service hours.

  • If your account is at risk of reaching zero before the next cycle, reconciliation will occur daily until a positive balance is restored.

  • If your deposit reaches zero with no reconciliation, you agree to leave immediately—this agreement serves as your only warning.

  • Any expenses incurred by the guest will be deducted from the deposit. Upon departure, any remaining balance will be returned within 3 weeks, pending a review of the premises by the house manager.

Daily Service

  • Guests agree to contribute 4 hours of service per day as part of the energy exchange.

  • Services may include gardening, cleaning, construction, outreach, cooking, spiritual support, crafting, or any other contribution aligned with DTMC’s mission.

  • Guests are responsible for tracking their service and posting a daily log with photos (if applicable) in the designated house chat.

  • Monetary donations may be offered in place of or in addition to physical service.

🧭 Participation & Communication

  • Guests are expected to attend a weekly house meeting for planning, budgeting, and celebration of community efforts.

  • All concerns or disputes must be addressed in the group chat. Do not approach individuals privately for issues that concern the household.

  • Group video meetings may be called as needed—transparency and unity are core values.

🔐 Personal Property & Security

  • Respect all personal and communal boundaries. Do not enter private rooms or use others’ items without permission.

  • Stealing is grounds for immediate removal. Surveillance may be in use in shared spaces.

🧘 30-Day Retreat & Evaluation Period

  • The first 30 days of any stay is considered a probationary retreat.

  • A community review will determine whether it is aligned to continue beyond this period.

  • If misalignment is found, the guest agrees to leave peacefully and at their own expense.

💥 Liability & Departure

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, pets, or approved visitors.

  • By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you are a guest of a charitable organization, not a tenant, and may be asked to leave at any time for violation of this code.

  • You agree not to pursue legal action against the church, its founders, or members in such cases.

✨ Sacred Purpose

Dear Guest,

This is not a vacation rental, club, or casual community. This is a living sanctuary, a space to heal, learn, and grow.

We operate on a higher frequency, holding space for the emergence of leaders, not followers. You are here not just to receive, but to give—and in doing so, you will find yourself renewed.

We welcome you with open arms, but with clear boundaries. Respect is sacred. This is our home and our church. We invite you to honor it as such.

Together, we are building a movement of light that will one day reach across the Earth.

With faith, fire, and unity,
Michael & Jillian Rogers
